​Data Misuse: Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms, scrape our data, or use our services to train competing AI models. ​

2. AI Model Usage
Our AI-driven analytical tools are designed for operational optimization. You must not use our services to create content or make decisions that result in discrimination, physical harm, or significant financial loss to others. You are solely responsible for how you apply the insights generated by our systems. ​

3. Monitoring and Enforcement
CoreNexus AI LLC reserves the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance with this AUP. We have the authority to suspend or terminate accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, are violating these terms. We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities if required by legal process. ​

4. Reporting Violations If you become aware of any violation of this policy by other users, please report it immediately to our support team at support@corenexus.ai. ​

5. Updates to Policy We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. ​
