Subscription Services: You may request a refund for a subscription plan within 30 days of your initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service and have not utilized a significant portion of our technical resources.
Consulting and Setup Fees: Fees associated with custom setup, one-time technical audits, or dedicated consultancy are generally non-refundable once the work has commenced, as these involve immediate allocation of specialized personnel and computational resources.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please send an email to support@corenexus.ai with the following details:
Your full name and company name.
The email address associated with your account.
Transaction ID/Receipt number.
A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
3. Processing of Refunds
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
